Security Deposit RM300 will be collected before check in and return after check out before 5pm. No fully refund will be made if there is any damage to the unit, unexpected cleaning cost occurs or late checkout and etc ( Please refer to our house rules).

Guests are reminded to be considerate towards neighbours and mindful not to disturb them with loud music and noises.

Friendly reminder that you're staying in our lovely home, it is not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and take good care of any items inside. If any problems arise, we will do our best to help with immediate action.

• This is a privately owned property & thus does not have any reception.

• Only 1 time housekeeping provided before guest check in, additional housekeeping can be arranged with surcharge of RM30 per hour.

• Standard check in time 3pm and check out time 11.00 am.

• Early check in or delay in check out can be arranged subject to availability.

• All keys must be returned during check-out. You will be charged fee listed below if fail to do so:

- Key: RM10 each

• In order to check-out, put back the keys to the same lockbox that you took them.

. Clean as you go to ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone ! You must also acknowledge

. Strictly NO Smoking, No drug and ILLEGAL activities

. No shoe inside the house, you can put your shoe at the shoe rack

. No visitor allowed to overnight

. Go Green, Please Swicth off the water, air cond, light and fan when you are leaving the house.

. Party Allowed (Need the Host Permission)

• Durians are not allowed in the house.
